How does it work?

The basis of the system is a locating device together with an operator authorization system. Thanks to this starter kit, the fleet supervisor has full information on forklift retrievals (who, when and where), operators' working hours and motoring hours worked by forklifts. The system can be expanded to include additional components such as Tutorial, which signals the operator of incorrect driving and strokes he has committed with an indication of their strength on a scale of 0 to 9. In those forklifts where this is possible, in the event of a strong stroke the forklift is put into turtle mode, which can only be deactivated by the supervisor after inspecting the forklift.

The forklift monitoring system from Data System works with any type of forklift. The equipment on which the monitoring works fits both small and medium-sized electric forklifts, through gas forklifts to large internal combustion forklifts. What's more, the forklift monitoring system is adapted not only to vehicles moving on open yards, but also to machines operating in halls and warehouses.
