This is the core section of the DSLocate GPS monitoring system, containing the list of vehicles, information on vehicle speed and location, status, e-TOLL charging, as well as daily statistics. GPS monitoring continuously oversees their condition, allowing you to quickly check the most important matters.

Thanks to DSLocate, I can monitor the number of kilometres driven and speed violations on a daily basis. My dispatchers and distributors can check the vehicle position in real time, and customers have access to route preview. DSLocate also allows me to supervise refuelling - I can compare DKV invoices with the amount of fuel poured from CAN.
Just yesterday I reported a fuel theft at a Circle K station in Tarnowskie Gory to the police. The driver was regularly refuelling other vehicles using a DKV card at a self-service station. As evidence, I presented data from Data System showing that my vehicle was not at that location during the refuelling and that the CAN fuel level had not changed.
Vehicle location history also helped us defend against undeserved fines or collisions. Several times the insurer tried to attribute a claim to our third-party liability, and we proved that our vehicle was not at the collision site at the time. All thanks to DSLocate!

We are a company specialising in passenger transport, offering hire of well-maintained coaches for domestic and international routes. We work with travel agencies, companies, institutions and private individuals. In our industry, using GPS services is simply a must-have.
We found out about Data System through a Facebook advert. We left our details and the sales representative contacted us and finalised the contract that same day.
Regarding the application itself and its functionality, I can say it is very intuitive and easy to use. One of the most important benefits for us as a user is remote and automatic tachograph readout. We also have quick insight into tachograph statuses, which gives us knowledge of how many breaks and pauses our driver has taken. Another important feature is the logbook report, which allows automatic vehicle records to be kept. We know which routes the vehicle took, where it went from and to, how far it travelled and who was driving. This report also calculates travel costs according to the rate per kilometre.
Another essential feature of the DSLocate system is the unlimited route history. We called it the "black box" of the car, because it has served as evidence on multiple occasions.
The system also has a number of other solutions that are applicable in our transport industry, but they cannot all be described in this short review. The company is constantly developing, conducting customer satisfaction surveys which allows the implementation of features useful to customers in their field of business.

We have been using the Data System tracking system for many years. It helps us greatly in our daily work - thanks to it we have a live view of the location of our vehicles, which is essential for us. The extensive reporting and alarm system allows us to monitor our drivers and ensure they are using our vehicles properly and not exceeding the permitted speed. The reminders module is also very helpful - we no longer have to remember about inspections or services, because the DSLocate system does it for us.
With every problem or query, we can contact our account manager, who most often manages to help us on the spot. The installation department also works very efficiently every time, so we do not have to wait long for urgent transfers or new installations.
