Thanks to this function, entrepreneurs can protect their interests and minimise the risk of unfavourable incidents. At the same time, remote ignition cut-off is also effective protection against theft, which can deter a thief and prevent them from quickly starting the engine.

How does it work?

The remote ignition cut-off device is a module synchronised with a Data System GPS tracker that allows you to remotely enable or disable the ignition lock in the vehicle via the DSLocate application. Thanks to it, we can protect the boat or scooter against theft or prevent unwanted starting. The module is small in size and easy to conceal, yet at the same time difficult to remove by unauthorised persons. It is worth adding that the ignition lock can only be triggered by an employee holding the appropriate access permissions in the DSLocate application, which increases the level of security and protects against unauthorised access. The lock only works with DS/1STEL and DS/1TEL GPS trackers.

For which vessels?

The remote ignition cut-off service is intended for all types of watercraft, with particular emphasis on jet skis and motor boats. The waterproof housing makes this service suitable for all types of water equipment; the tracking will also work on sailing boats, catamarans, yachts and ordinary boats.
