Replaced your tachograph? Find out whether you can claim back up to 3,000 zł per vehicle!

Every haulier has been waiting for this — and the wait is finally over! The Ministry of Infrastructure has published the regulation that launches the process of reimbursing costs for replacing tachographs with new smart models. This is the first such refund under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan. 💡

What is worth knowing?

✅ Reimbursement of up to 3,000 zł for every tachograph replaced.

✅ To start — a maximum of 10 vehicles per company.

✅ Applications can be submitted electronically via the ARiMR system.

✅ Every haulier — large or small — has an equal opportunity.

✅ There will be no preferential treatment for larger operators.

🔜 What next?

GITD now has 10 days to prepare a list of companies and vehicles eligible for support. The list will then go to ARiMR, which will set up an application collection system. A notice of the application window will appear in the BIP at least 14 days in advance.

To submit an application, you will need, among other things, company, vehicle and tachograph-installing workshop details, declarations, and a printout of technical data from the device.

📌 Remember — reimbursement is only available for devices replaced in accordance with EU requirements for international transport.
