From 1 December — more toll roads and higher charges! Brace your wallet!
The government is expanding the network of roads covered by the e-TOLL system. Very shortly, 645 km of new motorways and expressways will join the list of toll routes, meaning charges will apply on nearly 5,900 km of roads! 🛣️

That is not all — increases of up to 40% are also on the way. According to the Ministry of Infrastructure, current rates are too low, and the new ones are intended to:
🔧 support infrastructure development
🌍 promote vehicles less harmful to the environment 🇪🇺 align charges with rates in other EU countries
💰 generate an additional 2.77 billion zł in revenue in 2026 — which is presumably the priority.
Here is what it will look like from 1 December:
🚛 Lorry with Euro VI engine
➡️ now: 0.40 zł/km
➡️ after changes: approx. 0.56 zł/km
🚌 Bus
➡️ now: 0.38 zł/km
➡️ after changes: approx. 0.53 zł/km
🚐 Motorhome over 3.5 t GVW
➡️ now: 0.37 zł/km
➡️ after changes: approx. 0.50 zł/km
🚫 Avoiding the charge? It won't pay off!
Modern GITD patrol vehicles with cameras will check everything automatically and in real time — both day and night. Effectiveness? Over 98%! 📸
💥 Non-payment or incorrect data = a fine of up to 1,500 zł
The system will detect everything, even at 250 km/h! 🏎️
