If you are a road haulier planning to replace your tachographs — or if you have already done so — you cannot afford to miss this opportunity.
👉 From 1 December 2025 at 10:00, applications for subsidies open. The deadline is 31 January 2026 at 23:59 — there is plenty of time, but funds may run out sooner!
🚛 A subsidy of up to 3,000 zł per vehicle is available for both newly installed smart tachographs and those already fitted previously (provided you confirm the installation and supply the workshop's details).
📌 In the first phase, funding will cover a maximum of 10 vehicles on the same Community licence. Applications are submitted electronically via the ARiMR form: https://epue.arimr.gov.pl
📝 What will be required? Including, among other things:
- company and vehicle details (NIP, REGON, licence number),
- tachograph number,
- installer details,
- proof of installation and a printout of technical data from the tachograph.
